- Preparing and monitoring a detailed EPC Project Schedule
- Functional Steps Analysis of works in agreement with the Project team and the Discipline Leaders
- Preparing a monthly progress report including a detailed EPC Schedule, a built by Contract Schedule, a speed restriction Schedule in agreement with the Traffic Operating Dept.
- Analysis of high-risk elements, S curves, progress reports
- Contractual Intermediate Penalties Analysis
- Preparing and monitoring a Front-End Schedule for Site Coordination & safety plan
