Scope of work:

To build a Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Unit with design production capacity of 510.000 MTPY of propylene based on the UOP “Oleflex” Propane Dehydrogenation technology. The scope of works consists in Detail Design, Engineering, Construction and Pre-commissioning services activities. Client: JSC Sibur Holding, Country: Tobolsk, Tyumen Oblast, Western Siberia region of the Russian Federation

Activities:

• Preparation and updating of Level III Construction schedule based on task breakdown, materials and resource allocation plans.
• Implementation and maintenance of standard tools and methodologies.
• Plan and facilitate regular cross-functional project team meetings.
• Work with functional managers to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Monthly progress calculation and analysis by using standard project control management systems (MARIAN, TPMS, Documentum).
• Supporting in reporting and project procedures development.
