Consultant, Accenture, SAP and PMO
Project 1:
· Part of PMO at Petrobras, working in the Program of Development and Execution of E&P Projects. Focus in reduce construction time for new oil platforms. Developed a new methodology to estimate and control time at all project phases, according IPA (FEL) methodology.
· Support and improve processes of project management tool, based on PMI Methodology.
· Arrange consulting with all project management plans.
Project 2:
· Worked as an instructor and local support for the implantation of the ERP SAP R/3 (CO and PS modules) at Petrobras. Expertise in planning and budget control.
· Administrative support for SAP R/3 implementation at Petrobras, making reports and graphs, beyond operational support to the Accenture contract.
· Participation in the Annual Business Planning of Petrobras, multiplying knowledge, defining rules and improving processes.
· Seeking new businesses for Accenture at Petrobras. Won a proposal of R$ 11MM (2 yrs contract).
