• Lead a team of 12 planners to oversee a portfolio of over 14000 project schedules across 27 technologies.
• Developed schedules for construction projects using best practices allowing effective monitoring and controlling.
• Facilitated development of the construction and transit program of works and influencedthe transition to the end to end planning team.
• Identification of value savings of $10M being delivered by CP&A team through leading, coaching and mentored a cross-functional team in delivery of customer focused strategies and actions that supported delivery.
• Provided direction and support through governance of initiatives and projects completed by the CP&A group.
• Facilitated informed outcome based decisions to be made by fostering a cross-team system based approach to the gathering of construction data from field to executive, informing all customers along reporting lines of risk issues and mitigation actions.
• Ensured recognition of positive team results as well as enabling significant achievements to be celebrated.
