December, 2017 - Responsible for initial preparation, financing, organizing key crew and establishing organization chart. Closely communicated with senior management of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), generated the general schedule and programmed for NIOC and SEI and Consortium, and defined specific action plans. In charge of project managers from both sides and issued a detailed project objectives and milestones. Regularly assessed project milestone and made real-time adjustment, and conducted quantitative analysis on overall capital operation and cost in line with adjusted capital curve and milestones. Set up risk-prewarning on project life period and report to NIOC.
- Be in charge of site planning/schedule, cost, contract, risk, material and warehouse, manpower, Document control, subcontractor management.
- Be the assistant of PMO control manager to control basic design and detail design progress, also control the procurement progress, establish the control procedure and system of engineering, procurement and construction;
