• Estimating budgets for new projects in conjunction with the estimation department & the
concerned project manager.
• Preparing comprehensive project plans in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Monitoring costs on site especially those related to resource utilization.
• Prepare quarterly cost reports comparing Actual costs to budgeted cost in conjunction with
the accounts department.
• Monitoring progress on site.
• Prepare quarterly reports comparing actual Progress to Planned progress.
• Serving as an early warning mechanism on monitored projects in relation to progress & cost.
• Ensure that proper feedback reaches the estimation department that could be utilized for
future tenders.
