Responsibilities:

  •  Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing all information.
  • Develop and Maintain Activity Codes, Calendars, Resource Dictionary, WBS, Activity IDs, Etc as required to manage the schedule Includes Primavera system integrity (backups, baseline maintenance, etc).
  • Develop an effective project plan template that can be utilized for schedule development, schedule control, and critical path analysis.
  •  Develop and maintain a process to proactively manage the critical path of the project.
  •  Perform resource planning and analysis, Forecast the demands of various types of resources including labor, materials, and equipment over the course of the project.
  • Monitor, Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline.
  • Generate various types of reports progress, status, trends/KPI’s/Dash Boards to reflect the status of projects, often with visual aids such as bar charts, graphs and dash boards.
  • Provide timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities. Provide corrective action plans as required.
  • Assesses the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
  • EOT Anlysis
  • Support Cost Engineering process.
  • Prepares and processes input to the cost control system for all cost reports.
  • Support the bid process, including review vendors bid submissions and make recommendations for award.
  • Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
