1) Assist planning manager in the preparation of the initial scope review and the phasing of the initial project budget in alignment with the project execution program.2) Assist planning manager to review the contractor’s execution plan and planning package that will be used for monitoring progress, supporting claims and validation of claimed progress of works3) Assist planning manager to monitor contractor's performance and advise project manager of any schedule or interface issues that will affect the scheduled completion of the project.4) Assist planning manager to audit and validate value of work done (VOWD) claimed by consultant/contractor and endorsing progress invoices for payment.5) Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors / consultants and incorporate the information gathered into the overall portfolio / program master schedule.6) Ensures that the project's planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to stakeholders involved in the projects.7) Using EVM in the project management team assess and measure project performance in aspect of scope, cost, and schedule.8) Analyses the time schedule in detail using Critical Path Method (CPM) in order to allow Project Manager to know the bottlenecks and critical activities.9) Assist planning manager to analyze valid consultant/contractor’s schedule delay claims to establish the contractually justified extension of time.10) Prepare EOT assessment report for client recommendation.11) Assist planning manager to evaluate as part of the change management process the schedule impact contained in the work change requests (WCR) and make a recommendation on acceptable time extension for client approval.12) Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.13) Assist planning manager in preparation of the technical evaluation of submitted Contractors bid documents. 14) Issue weekly & monthly dashboards, progress reports and presentation to client.
