October, 2016 - Develop preliminary schedules and establish key dates for all phases of EPCC Projects including tendering, FEED and execution
- Organize, monitor, control and ensure delivery of the Program Master Schedule / Program Management Plan for all Packages EPC, including the integration Program Master Schedule
- Supervise, monitor and inspect contractors' work during the contract execution to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contract, and report any discrepancy between contract and actual work
- Interact with project team to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan
- Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractors invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied
- Provide input to site inspection, cost and schedule controls and field engineering support. Responsible for material receiving and reporting, prepared site construction progresses & measurement
