Civil Planning Engineer (Civil, CBRE, Aircraft Hangar for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of Boeing Airplanes

Project Undertaken: Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Facility for Air India at Nagpur.The project consists of building an MRO Facility having an Aircraft Hangar consisting of 2 bays for Boeing Airplanes and other small airplanes, Apron, Energy Block, Hangar Back Shop, Electrical Substation and other facilities etc.

 Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Monitor and administer all aspects of planning and scheduling control from the Contractor in accordance with the requirements and objectives of the Senior Management and the Client.

Ø  Project reporting on Gantt charts, Baselines frequencies for Projects, Budget vs Expenditure graphical reporting.

Ø  Performing the essential Earned Value Management for projects ensuring successful project delivery.

Ø  In charge of implementation project and co-ordination within teams.

Ø  To track and report on project progress against time and budget, documentation management, communication and application of project standards and processes.

Ø  Review project change requests to ensure changes are effectively tracked.

Ø  Responsible for timely project updates, analysis project health status reporting. Delivering high quality reports of earned value and project health status.

Ø  Preparation of DPR & MPR for the project and analysis.

Ø  Prepare weekly and monthly reports, with graphical representation and present to senior management / Client.

Ø  Follow up and issue letters / email to Contractor / Designer / Client on Project Issues and progress.

Ø  Technical tender evaluations. etc.
