Perform delay analyses, evaluate and discuss with the Contract Manager about entitlement to Claim for Extension of Time and Cost by performing delay analyses techniques in accordance with AACEI 29R-03 FSA and SCL Protocols.

Analyze critical path and project constraints to determine effect of changes to project schedule and conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action to recover the slippage.

Support project managers to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedure and systems.

Assist in establishing effective project management and control system that is required in project reporting system. Closely monitor, modify and improves the reporting and controlling tools as required and integrate in the project reporting.

Assist the Sr. Planner in proving accurate and complete project progress and project control. Evaluates, selects, and adapts programme management and control techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks, and devises and implements solutions to problems encountered.

Closely coordination with Project Manager and Project Team to set priority and fix submittal dates for all technical submittals to consultant. Monitor any related correspondence, submittals, procurement and programme related to project progress.

Prepares Baseline Schedule in align with the contract requirements, resource and cost loaded programme together with Manpower Histogram, Project S-Curve and cash flow. Update and revise the baseline programme as necessary.

Assist the Business Development Department at head office by preparing Tender Programme that support and align with tender requirements.
