Project: LNG production, storage and loading installations at Ras Laffan, Qatar: LNG production trains, LNG storage tanks, BOG compressors, sulphur recovery and storage, LNG piping corridor, Jetty construction, LNG Loading Arms and the related LNG loading facilities.

Client: QatarGas

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and integrating various subcontractors’ schedules (Subprojects) into the Project Overall Schedule (Project Group), using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER v 3.1.

Critical Path analysis across the integrated Project Overall Schedule and within each subproject.

Progress monitoring.

“S”-curves preparing and updating.

P3 integrated schedule updating and analysis against the Base Line schedule.

Various Look Ahead analyses.                                                              

Manpower, performance and actual productivities monitoring.

Various reports, analysis and presentation as required by Project / Construction management.

Achievements:

Co-coordinating between various subcontractors, in different disciplines, especially by closely monitoring all interface activities and constraints of each Subproject, linked within a fully integrated Project Group schedule.
