- Preparation and acquiring approval of a comprehensive cost and resource loaded contract master execution programme.
- Preparation of What-If Scenarios and Time Impact Analysis for Senior Management decision-making.
- Preparation of recovery schedules.
- Preparation and submission of the weekly and monthly reports, meeting deadlines. Preparation of effective and crisp presentations for the Senior Management.
- Liaising with the subcontractors, during Programme preparation, to ensure buy-in.
- Driving the design/engineering, contracts and construction teams to achieve project interim milestones.
- Preparation of EOT claims using Time Impact Analysis method, as mandated by the contract.
