1.     Prepare detailed programs and sub – schedules (Level 4) for production teams.

2.     Analyzing & calculating the delay duration & percentage that will be impacted the progress of works.

3.     Periodical maintenance and updating of sections External & Internal Baseline Master Programs.

4.     Review and monitor manpower and machinery update for progress of works.

5.     Prepare the Recovery & Revised schedule for the project completion purpose.

6.     Monitor & tracking the Design Engineering & Materials Delivery status that would affect the progress of works.

7.     Produce Weekly and Monthly update report and feed back to HQ.

8.     Establish the Punch List (Balance Works List) to the Production Team to proceed the outstanding works without effecting progress of works.

9.     Analyzing the critical items that will cause the delays of current progress on site.

10.  Highlighted the current work progress to Production Team, Head Production, and Works Manager & Project Manager.

11.  Attend the (Production & Client's) progress meeting.
