Planner for ISG PLC on behalf of LOCOG (London Organising Committe of the Olympic Games) for London 2012

ISG PLC acted as Principal Contractor under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations for the client (LOCOG) providing construction industry health and safety and planning expertise. I was responsible for providing planning input and advice to LOCOG Project Managers for the installation and removal of the Olympic overlay at the following Olympic venues:

• Wembley Stadium;
• Wembley Arena;
• Lords Cricket Ground;
• Wimbledon Tennis Complex; and
• Earls Court Exhibition Hall.

Duties included:

• Scope identification;
• Producing short-term plans in Primavera P6 and Asta powerproject planning software for the programme management team;
• Producing short-term pans in MS Excel for site management teams;
• Creation of site layout and logistics drawings provided to stakeholders and to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
