Working on the FTN project – National upgrade of Network Rail Fix Telecoms Network Fibre, Copper, Cab radio PDH and SDH back bone.

Project Controls Manager & Principle Programme Planner (PPP)

Control of full project budget (£80m).

Process & procedures (Programme review updates and control of scope, Documentation, Issues, Risk, inter-project funding (Budget transfers) )

Review of organisation with project manager team grown from 5 to 53 with in 12 months

Direct reports of one (Possessions Planner), One indirect report (Senior Planner)

Building of project plan, baseline of project then updating & scheduling of plan each period.

Cost (interface with Oracle projects) and Resource loading of plans.

Resource forecasting inline with organization change to enhance project delivery.

Interfacing with other project areas (integrated projects using inter-project links)
