Senior Development Planning Engineer, ConocoPhillips Indonesia, Onshore and Offshore

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop schedule, man-power loading and risk assessment of different concepts for the FEL-0 up to FEL-3 activities and work closely with estimator and development engineers.
- Support of Scenario Planning for Field/Block development, identification and delivery of field development milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitating opportunity framing, concept identification, concept selection and others as required for Development Engineering teams and Be an effective focal point for the Development Engineering to Interface with consisting of different expertise such as geophysics, reservoir, Subsurface group, drilling/exploration, production operations, HSE, business development, new ventures, economics, venture management and project group to achieve continuous improvement and ensure consistent delivery across the company.
- Ensure the Development Engineers within POD (Plan of Development Integration) and LRP (Long Range Plan) that activities are agreed and completed in a timely manner within agreed Estimates.
- Facilitate the smooth transition of Conceptual projects up to FEED (FEL-3) or the Project Execution Group.
- Apply COPI policies, core values, projects guidelines, standards and procedures for the FEL and concept selection and Implement these standards and procedures.
- Depth-in review and analysis related to planning, scheduling, progress measurement, resources loading, critical path, compliance with WBS, production of 'what if scenario, individual plan to suit both COPI standards and BP Migas.
- Carry out what-if-analysis and any possible opportunities and risk mitigation efforts and assist Risk Manager in Decision and Risk Assessment Analysis.
- Provides professional planning assistance to fellow colleague on Projects Department.
