Responsible for allocating Direct Labour allowances and recommending manning levels required to fully optimise an Accommodation Barge for a six month offshore campaign. Development and maintenance of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Production of Weekly/Monthly Reporting Suite detailing Productive Time Analysis together with Non-Productive and Indirect Code booking allocations.
