March, 2008 Career started in 2006 as Planning Engineer with UEM Builders Berhad. I was responsible for monitoring and updating the construction progress of high-rise building for UEM Group Head Quarters at KL Sentral. My key role is to assist the Project Manager, Senior Planner and Project team, supervisors and Subcontractor for collating all the physical progress. Besides that, my task consist of updating the construction programme (P3), Progress S-Curve, Financial Curve, Weekly and Monthly Report, Progress Photo of Engineering, QA/QC Procedures, Materials and Construction of Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture & Interior Design and Façade. 1. - Responsible to monitor and continuous updating the progress of the construction activity according to the EPCC master schedule.
- Collecting data and information on project definition, work scope, component and works content of the project.
- Prepare periodic report to clients/site management including monthly report, weekly report etc.
- Assist the Deputy General Manager, Planning Manager in the Preparation of schedule & S-Curve (Physical and Financial)
- Responsible for contributing information and guidance to ensure the productive and timely completion of the project through the preparation, coordination and continuous up-dating of an overall schedule for the site work.
