UKBA/PECS Programme Planning Manager  Reliance Security.London & Bristol

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Transformation and Transition Primavera P6v7 Schedule approx.7-8k lines for the UK Government Boarder Agency/PECS detainee custody service project. Integrated the IT, HR, Property, Vehicles, Finance, Operations, Suppliers and Customer workstream resourced plans into one Business development and rollout programme with supporting management roadmaps, delivering the project on time.
• Developed resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client deliverables; Manage the Permit To Operate (PTO) license deliverables, satisfaction goals and objectives, TUPE transfer and training of employees from G4S to Reliance including the control room, vehicle depots and holding rooms.
• Facilitate schedule development meetings with programme team members. Develop cohesive and logical programme schedules suitable for planning, prioritising and monitoring the team's workload and establishing the schedule baseline.

Analyse schedule performance for early warning signs of impending problems, produce GAP analysis reports, present and participate in schedule reviews and senior management escalations
