Mr. Sajeet is deputed to Ashghal (Public Works Authority) to the Planning and Cost Control Section (PCC) which forms part of the Engineering Business Department (EBD). PCC supports various PWA department’s in providing technical support to all Ashghal’s programmes and projects in respect of change management, resolving commercial and contractual disputes, forensic delay analysis, assessment and recommendation of Extensions to the Time for Completion and Disruption Claim awards. All recommendations from various project management consultants / supervision consultants to respective PWA departments are finally reviewed by PCC. Projects include major expressways, hospitals, schools etc within the state of Qatar.
