• Preparation of Baseline Programme including the cost loading, resource loading, progress and cashflow S-curve for the project based on the Client’s working drawings and specification. The project is awarded on 01 April 2011.
• Preparation of Montly Progress Report (including Progress Photograph) for submission to the Client.
• Progress update and weekly monitoring of the progress and updating Project Critical Path
• Monitoring and Analysis of Project Critical Path
• Providing Catch-up schedule for construction works.

2)  Shimizu Corporation

(Downtown Line MRT Stage 1 Contract 905 - Singapore)

Contract Value – SGD 102.7 millions

      Snr Planning Engineer (Sep 2007 – Apr 2011)

-   Preparation of Project Baseline Programme including the cost loading, resource loading, progress and cashflow S-Curve

• Progress updating and preparation of 3-month rolling schedule and monthly reporting to Client (LTA)
• Liaise with site managers and subcontractor for the preparation and maintenance of  weekly schedule
• Preparation of necessary follow up schedule such as interface schedule with other contractors and GP Formula 1 organiser, catch-up programme, etc.
• Assist in providing necessary information to substantiate claims and EOT.
• Monitoring and updating tunneling progress and datas
• Preparation and updating of Risk Assessment for the project.
• Provide baseline programme for several tender submissions.

• Progress reporting for weekly and monthly updates as well as feedback for Monthly Report for submission to Client
• Preparation and update of construction schedule.
• Liaising with Consultants to solve technical problems
• Coordination for Permit to Excavate and Temporary Works

4)  SembCorp Engineers & Contractors Pte Ltd

      Project C856 – MRT Circle Line Stage 5

Civil Engineer (Aug 2006 – Nov 2006)

• Assisting Design Manager in Consultant’s coordination matter, technical issues and queries, etc.
• In charge of shop drawings preparation and checking for diaphragm wall construction for 5 MRT stations

Project C422 – Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway

QA/ QC Engineer and Instrumentation Engineer (2002 – Aug 2006)         

Contract Value – SGD 257 millions

• Overall control of all QA/QC matters.
• Preparation, monitoring and ensure the implementation of Quality Plan and Quality Management System.
• Liasing with Company Quality Assurance Department on quality issues.
• In-charge of Drawing Issue and Control and maintenance of controlled documents.
• Preparation and maintenance of construction method statements and material submission.
• In-charge of Instrumentation and Monitoring
• Assisting Design Manager in consultants’ coordination matters & some technical issues, technical queries, submission of Permit to Excavate, etc.
• Prepared Monthly Progress Report for submission to Client

 -  Material quantity (especially for reinforcement bar) calculation, ordering & issuing. Provide re-bar bending schedule & details.

• Metal or timber formwork & falsework system design and arrangement.
• Construction concept & method statement preparation & submission to client (LTA).
• Study and understanding Architectural & Structural drawings.
• Preparing the schedule and progress report system, i.e. Two weeks rolling schedule, Weekly Progress report and Monthly Progress report.
• Preparation  and submission of the structural plans to Authority
• Preparation and submission of as-built drawings to Authority and Client (LTA).
• Coordinating with Structural Professional Engineer and Accredited Checker.
• Towards end of project, took over the Public Relation task and work involved such as entertaining complains and enquiries from Town Council and residents.
