- Manage Planning for Design of Drilling Platform during FEED Phase where Subsea sections will be connected to Statoil’s largest ever FPSO. Close interface with client. Produce all planning deliverables (e.g. Histograms, S-curves and Schedules). Comply with contractual obligations for all deliverables and their timelines. Run Planning workshops with Discipline leads to mitigate progress shortfall. Prepare dashboards for Corporate Management Team and Client. Close watch documents issue progress from M-doc system. Critical path analysis.
