August, 2003 - Master Implementation Program (MIP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP), Formulation of logic linked Clause-14 Program, Look ahead / Recovery Program with Resource loading. Familiar in Design & Tender stage planning, involved in logistic and methodology planning, also planning for Cost control and Budget to build.
- Preparation of project specific planning and control procedures which include Progress Measurement Procedure, Mitigation / Contingency Plans, Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), Logistic Plans.
- Develop procurement matrix and material delivery as per schedule, Forecasting long lead items.
- Supports the project team in the preparation of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management, Consultant and Client informed on the project progress. These reports include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis and earned value curves reports on either direct or indirect engineering/construction activities that are a part of the work.
- Maintaining as-built Program Actual records at site including its database to ensure timely and efficient decision mechanism to the project's variables.
- Initiate what-if analysis on Program to identify areas of uncertainty, potential problems and report generation. Initiate / Respond to all Planning related correspondences.
- Submission of monthly progress claim and finalization of progress figures and variation of works with Consultant.
