Site Management

Responsibilities include procuring, monitoring and control of material, plant and labour including Sub-Contractors. Correspondence with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Suppliers and representing the company at meetings. Setting up and upholding health and safety procedures on site. Detailed planning and programming of construction site activities. Detailed study of drawings in order to highlight errors and identify problems that might occur. Actively involved in problem resolution. Cost monitoring and control.
