Project: Civil & Electro-Mechanical Works for Train 6 & 7 Facilities Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Establish work breakdown structure (WBS) of project and prepare Level-III & Level-IV construction schedules
• Provide input to the development and control of project execution plan, and other  resource requirements
• Analyze the schedule to provide advance notice of unfavorable trends
• Planning, scheduling, controlling and progress monitoring of project activities
• Preparation of Mechanical, Civil, E & I Work Reports for management overview
• Reporting actual progress of all project activities and define recovery plans as well as other studies
• Ensure scheduling software is adequately configured and fulfill the WBS requirements
• Act as a primary interface between planners and schedulers and site management and client
• Prepare and present the monthly progress status presentations to client and management
• Identifying additional works in comparison with original scope and originate change requests to client
• Provide oversight into the development, monitoring and controlling fully integrated schedule
