·   Project Manager for three CHC Affordable housing projects in Canberra. The projects are valued at $USD40Million. 

·   Duties Include stakeholder management, contracts administration, Contracts and Sub-Contractor programme review, consultant management, defects inspection and budget monitoring.

·   Responsible for tracking Quality documentation for the project

·   Approval of timesheets and monthly invoicing to Client

·   Coordinate the building permits and approvals from statutory bodies such as ACTPLA, TaMS, EPA, Heritage Department, ACTEW and more.

·   PM on the Sarina Russo Job Access fit-out project. The fit out project is spanned over 9 sites all within Victoria. The project is worth US$ 300,000.

·   Manage a team of 3 Assistant PMs reporting from site. PM on the Sarina Russo Job Access fit-out project.
