July, 2013 - Preparation of scope matrix, trade wise schedules and material submittal/procurement schedules.
- Preparation of CPM baseline program with cost and resource loading.
- Responsible to conduct daily site (Based on the project scope) visits & site meetings to analyze and record the project progress.
- Responsible for timely program update and reporting the variance (Delays) to project team/stakeholders.
- Responsible for writing contractual delay notificationsto client, sub-contractor and internal team.
- Track the program of project weekly to identify the critical activities and alert the project team for the forecasted delays.
- Preparation of cash flow forecast, S curve, material logs, critical items schedule.
- Implementing effective cost controlling methods.
- Conducting weekly meetingwith stakeholders for effective coordination of the project.
- Single point contact for all the stake holdersfor any information related to the project.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly reports, look-ahead schedules.
- Attending regular client workshops and progressive meeting.
- Key player for the coordination & controlling the project to complete within the allowed budget and time limit.
- Preparation of manpower projection, manpower analysis, Turn over projection, Turn over analysis, productivity analysis etc.
- Key player to act like a bridge between management and execution team.
- Key person to analyze the projects weekly/monthly basisand submitting reports to higher management.
- Preparation of Extension of Time application (EOT) for the project.
