ECP – Missionwith FOSTER WHEELER for TOTAL PETROCHEMICALS (76)

Tasks:       

Planning Manager:

  • Coordination and managing of Scheduling Team (4 people total)
  • Realization and monitoring of construction planning (Primavera P3)
  • Setting-up of tools for quantities follow-up (piles, concrete, piping, equipment, insulation …)
  • Attending to clarification meetings and review of Sub-contractors’ schedules.
  • Revision of Progress Measurement System
  • Monitoring of physical progress measurement
  • Realization of Precom/com planning and specific monitoring tools (for Test packages, activities on equipment, loop checks…)
  • Preparation of procedures and tools for scheduling and progress measurement during  Turnaround (TAR) period and implementation
  • Reporting to the Client (weekly and monthly – daily during TAR phase)
  • Issue of Final Project Report and Analysis

Deputy Construction Manager:

  • Preparation and presentation of Kick-Off Meeting, Monthly Reviews with Client and with sub-contractors
  • Preparation and presentation (alternatively with Construction Manager) of daily Turnaround meeting
  • Advice and Action plan proposal.
  • Preparation of Sponsor Meetings with Client and Sub-contractors
  • Monitoring of manhours and setting up of a reporting system (for subcontracting and interim rates, …)
  • Review of staffing plan and Interviews for vacant positions
  • Interim of Construction Manager when needed:
  • Approval of extra work orders
  • Human resources (leave management, overtime, …)
