                 1-To submit drawings, method statements, pre-qualifications and materials to ensure 

                     that these items will not delay the site works and the Project Contract Completion     

                     date in coordination with the working team.

                2- To Prepare a  Contract Baseline Programme Package to ensure that all activities   

                     and milestones are in full compliance with all terms of the Contract.   

                3- To Prepare Bi-weekly and Monthly progress reports including the Updated Baseline   

                    Programme and Preparation of correspondences and responses regarding any                 

                    Modifications or any other issues.

                4- Prepare Weekly Progress Minutes of Meeting and Project Management Meetings,                      

                     Provide narrative reports and recommendation on Project issues as required by the    

                     Employer, Ensure that the flow of communication between all project parties are in

                   line with approved Project Communications, Roles and Responsibility matrix.
