Project Brief Description: Mall Of Qatar“400,000 square meter “ is a MEGA project.
Project Client and Basis:
*The Client is MOQ Investment Company
*Contract is on US$ 1.3 Billion cost value .
Responsibilities:
· Deliver Mall from 50% progress to hand over in 9 months which 2 % progress per week
· Motivate team to convince them they can do this task
· Design and built project
· Get approval on recovery or mitigation plan from stakeholders to catch the target
· Identify risks, review cash flow, resources, schedule, and cost of project
· Prepare required document to get building certificate
· Manage and Monitor sub-contractor and evaluate their performance " 35 subcontractors"
· Improve method statement to comply with project conditions and availability of manpower
· Using most slabs technices inclusing Composite Slabs using metal decking , precast system slabs, post tension, and flat slabs
· Façade system include unitize system, precast , and marble
· Check ITP plan and instruct my team to make required modification
· Management and data analysis & Decision maker & Design groups according tasks & Continuously plan
· Update CTC " cost to complete"
· Check quantities and material supplier
· Instruct QC to close all NCR " 150 opened" and make plan with consultant to minimize effect on progress and later on hand over such as civil defense and municipality requirement
· Release plan for equipment ,tower cranes, and manpower
