•Responsible for a portfolio of facility construction and pipeline projects range from $10 million to $13 billion during all phases of project development and execution.

•Developed and implemented comprehensive monthly reporting package encompassing all project activity, progress measurement, change management, risk management and in-depth analysis of variations from baseline plan & budget.

•Implemented integrated schedule management to cover all aspects and phases of planning & scheduling.

•Developed 1, 3 and 5 year budgets for work scope based on planned and forecasted activity.

• Responsible for risk management for all projects including system, methodology, mitigation strategies and reporting.

•Approved and implemented all Arrow Energy project controls standards and procedures.

•Developed and Implemented monthly reporting improvements including improved variance analysis, earned value reporting, milestone reporting, dashboard reporting, portfolio reporting, trending and change management.

•Contract preparation and review for all major contracts.

•Responsible for preparation and quality assurance of cost estimate and schedule for Shareholder Review (input to FID package).
