• Monitor compliances/adherence of obligations of company and client as per Contract and timely raising all such circumstances/potential circumstances of non compliances/adherence with the management of the company.
• Discuss all interpretational issues in connection with contracts with Client/Engineer.
• Comprehensively define the scope of all contracts.
• Monitor closely operation of contract/concession agreement.
• Identifying potential claim situation in the running project. Quantification and raising of claims.
• Contractual Correspondences with Client/Engineer on all contractual matters especially related with Cost & Time.

• Carried out delay analysis and prepared extension of time claim for the contractor, using windows-based time impact analysis method.
• The claim comprised of nine (9) windows spread over a period of three (3) years.
• Carried out detailed analysis on Contractual documents for the last 3 years.
• Prepared the preliminary report and a detailed claim.

Job Description:

• Provided claims support to prepare extension of time claim for a project of ICC -COMO JV against the Main Contractor JV. The project-involved construction of Architectural finishes services for various stations of the Redline Doha Metro project.
• Analyzed contractor’s baseline programme and their updates and re-constructed a logical programme when required as part of the analysis.
• Carried out a detailed analysis of Contractual documents.
• Prepared the detailed claim.
