- Six Construct was awarded the construction of The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Headquarters, which has been designed to become a landmark and the highest tower in the UAE capital.

The main duties achieved during the short period of assignment are;

1. Studied thoroughly the project documents and worked closely with the methods department to creat a full understanding and overview of the methodolgy of work.

2. Created and was able to obtain clients approval on the baseline programme for Civil, MEP, fitout, stone & glass façade cladding, and vertical transportation works. The programme consists of more than 5000 activities with resources loading; materials, manpower and equipment as well as weightage loading. Also liaised with the methods department in carrying out the general method statement of the project, the basis of the programme and equipment deployment charts.

3. Developed a system of periodical reports to be followed during the project.
