Major Duties:

• Drawing out Master Schedule based on infrastructure design schedule of works and construction ethics for Design elements of whole WF considering Client’s GFA built up & Mouchel’s resource understanding.
• Coordinating & Understanding the full life cycle for specific design package from Master plan till Procurement of Tenders and prepare a programme for same.
• Develop and drafted the Trunk Infrastructure Work Packaging Strategy & Implementation plan for the same.
• Reviewing & commenting on the Bidder’s Tender programme.
• Maintaining Tender Submittal Schedule, Programme & Design Change Control Register, Progress reports & Cash curve.
• Prepare recovery/revision programs for delays during progress of work.
• Corresponding & Coordinating with Client and various Project Management Companies through meetings and letters for programme reviews & progress.
• Direct reporting to Project Director & conform his requisite in various formats.
