Project – Kent & Sussex platform extensions (joint venture with Morgan Sindall). Requested to assist & takeover the planning of 34 stations on this design & build project. A two part project with a very tight timescale involving civils, permanent way & signalling works the first part of the project was completed on time with adulation from the client. Responsible for all parts of the project & project controls, liaising with site personnel & managers on the joint venture as well as the client side. Utilising a fully cost loaded integrated programme to plan & report against combined with detailed hour by hour programmes for commissioning weekends in addition to a 10 day (hourly) programme over Christmas 2011 reporting on a four hourly cycle. EoT granted to complete, works successfully delivered September 2013.

Project - Hot Axle Box Detectors. Contracted to Colas to work with Trett Consulting, undertaking analysis planning for claims and delay through the latter duration of the project. Establishing a solid basis of programme & report upon which Colas Rail in conjunction with Trett Consulting, were able to base a successful project extension of time & agreed additional costs.
