§  Manages the company’s planning engineers assigned at various district cooling, commercial and military aviation fuel facilities, and oil and gas project sites.

§  Provides leadership in establishing critical paths, cost and resource loading schedules, identifying schedule issues and concerns, and recommending mitigation.

§  Prepares client and management reports, cost and resource-loaded programmes and its corresponding S-curves and histograms.

§  Works together with the company’s Commercial Director, Planning Engineers, and Project Managers in monitoring project schedule, site progress and in identifying and resolving issues that affected, are affecting, or could potentially affect a project’s schedule.

Collaborates with the Commercial Director, Planning Engineers, and Project Managers and spearheads the preparation of extension of time and time at large claims for projects
