Perform Job walk / site verification to ensure job packages are fully complete and satisfactory. 4. Identify/review requires material 5. Identify resource and equipment requirement 6. Identify critical path for the area 7. Plan and lead his specific area team to meet the target set. 8. To create the contingency plan for critical equipment. 9. To ensure all the task in his area are scheduled properly. 10. Details plan for each job including the crane requirement for lifting activities. 11. Working closely with Material Coordinator to ensure all ordered materials are according to specification and delivered on schedule. 12. To get update on Material Status for his area. 13. Ensure team members are aware their duties and responsibilities. 14. Ensure safety, quality plan, procedures and instructions are fully complied with. 15. Prepare and submit progress report as and when require. 16. Plan for Piping Fabrication, Erection and pipe supports according to Service / Systemize 17. Site work front Preparations 18 Follow ups for Site work front with Fabrication Shop, and Painting Shop. 19. Pre and Post TA Planning for piping works according to scope and other activities 20. Rigging study, JSA, and Method statement preparation and studying if required 21. Material tagging area wise, equipment wise to avoid the delay during TA. 22. Monitoring system wise, area wise, equipment wise and update the primavera. 23. Extra work, job deletion, scope change monitoring and convey to sub-contractors with transmittal and emails in time to avoid the any discrepancy. 24. De-blinding monitoring and up-dating in system and closing the equipment
