  • Planned and initiated a project to integrate scheduling, estimating, and risk management systemswith NACG’s ERP system.
  • Successfully acquired licenses and implemented Primavera Enterprise 6.1 on NACG’s network toenable multi-user access.
  • Designed the Primavera database, administered user security profiles and populated resource,activity and project code libraries to facilitate enterprise reporting.
  • Responsible for the development of corporate level planning/scheduling processes that fits intoNorth American’s long term goals and objectives.
  • Conducted weekly planning/scheduling meetings with key project personnel to ensure that timelyand accurate progress information were identified and effectively resolved.
  • Developed and maintained master project schedules for pipeline, mining and heavy industrialprojects in the bidding, budgeting and construction phases.
  • Generated resource loaded construction schedules to facilitate cost, labor and equipmentforecasting.
  • Provided input to the organization’s integration modeling initiatives including HardDollar toPrimavera, JD Edwards to Primavera and Primavera to COBRA (internal application).
