August, 2009 - Planned and initiated a project to integrate scheduling, estimating, and risk management systemswith NACG’s ERP system.
- Successfully acquired licenses and implemented Primavera Enterprise 6.1 on NACG’s network toenable multi-user access.
- Designed the Primavera database, administered user security profiles and populated resource,activity and project code libraries to facilitate enterprise reporting.
- Responsible for the development of corporate level planning/scheduling processes that fits intoNorth American’s long term goals and objectives.
- Conducted weekly planning/scheduling meetings with key project personnel to ensure that timelyand accurate progress information were identified and effectively resolved.
- Developed and maintained master project schedules for pipeline, mining and heavy industrialprojects in the bidding, budgeting and construction phases.
- Generated resource loaded construction schedules to facilitate cost, labor and equipmentforecasting.
- Provided input to the organization’s integration modeling initiatives including HardDollar toPrimavera, JD Edwards to Primavera and Primavera to COBRA (internal application).
