- Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved designs/plans.
- Coordinate and communicate between field, designers, sub-contractor and Managing Director
- Coordinate resolution issues with site construction, procurement, and engineering teams
- Support in creating unique Program for individual Projects using primavera
- Prepare Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours
- Manage resource loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects, and prepare project cash flow
- Prepare manpower utilization schedule
- Update progress of work using primavera p6
- Prepare recovery program to catch up delays
- Prepare detailed look ahead schedule based on baseline schedule
