  • Supervise the planning engineers to develop the Work measurement System by detailing the contract scope.
  • Arrange the projects Manpower Histogram based of the company productivity Rate.
  • Supervise the planning engineers to develop the Level IV Schedule.
  • Follow up the projects Progress & Regular Visit for all projects. 
  • Preparing the yearly budget of the company.
  • Preparing the combined progress Report.
  • Preparing the projects budget.
  • Preparing the executive Reports (Monthly Cost & and the forecast cost at completion)
  • Supporting the site planners in the Monthly Invoices & Change Orders.
  • Follow up the procurement and engineering schedule.
  • Evaluate the contractor’s bids.
