Ø  Develop and maintain Level 2 Project schedules based on the provided scenarios based on the approved WBS

Ø  Develop S-curve for different scenarios to support decision making

(Progress and Milestones)

Ø  Analyze, report and suggest potential impacts and preventive actions of project schedule risks

Ø  Regular reporting of project current progress status and forecast

Ø  Develop and maintain Project progress logs

Ø  Ensure Project Control procedures are observed and updated throughout the project life cycle

Ø  Consolidate Asset Work Program on a weekly basis

Ø  Supervise team of 5 planners

Ø  Monitor Contractor during development of Level 3 and Level 4 schedules to avoid potential progress delays

Ø  Ensure baseline schedules are frozen within time limit specified in the contract

Ø  Identify conflicts between various schedule elements and advise Project Management of their potential impact

Ø  Improve Schedule quality

Ø  Produce overall schedule overviews for the Project Management
