Implemented processes for the management of Project Issues and Actions using a web-based database tool. Role as Interface Co-ordinator involved liaison in a Project Assurance capacity with all project departments. Organised a steering committee to commission the implementation of an integrated Business/Project Monitoring system. Interfacing with existing systems: Documentum, Q-pulse, Pertmaster. Implemented a functional analysis of the Projects Deliverables profile. Implemented an Issues and Actions Monitoring database.
