21 years experience in the construction industry in Asian countries. Working for contractor, experience of 3 EPCT (Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction and Test) railway projects; working for consultants, and involved with 14 major railway projects in China and internationally. Also have experience of building complex and civil aviation projects.  Particular skills in managing large scale projects, including planning, cost estimation,system interface management, construction management and commissioning management. Extensive knowledge of E & M systems and civil work.
