Worked on many successful tenders, which were converted, into successful contracts. Involved in developing ‘Planning Standards’, which set out the minimum planning standards to be employed on contracts. Gave presentations to Clients on bids utilising PowerPoint. Involved in Claims. Became acquainted with Water industry conditions of contract and also used the NEC Conditions of Contract on several contracts.
