Served on CIO staff responsible for the Corporate Information Technology Project Office. Established an IT Project Office to improve the IT organization’s project performance and technology solution delivery capability. In March of 1998 the IT Project Office team was awarded the Corporate Level 4 Team Excellence Award based on the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria.

Worked with Project Mangement and Design Supervisors to plan, schedule, and manage resources on a portfolio of projects that ranged from 60-120 capital projects at a time.  Recieved MOUS Certification for MS Project 2000.  I was involved with project migrations from MS Project 98 to MS Project 2000 and then from MS Project 2000 to Primavera 3.0

 Nuclear Reactor Operations from 1981 including reactor operator license, then Refuel Outage Project Management from 1993, then company installed Primavera Enterprise 3.5 in 2002 as a fleet standardization effort. Currently the Entergy Nuclear Fleet Primavera Manager including nine nuclear power plant sites and 11 reactors on single database using standarized coding structure. P6 version 6.2.1 is current version.
