· Establish the procedure for getting the progress from various internal disciplines and sub-contractors.
· Review progress submitted by the site engineers for the activities
· Report delays/impacts of date changes on any activities on the critical path
· Consult with Sr Dicipline managers in ways to improve/change the activity relationships.
· Maintain the issue register and record any adverse effects on any of the activities which could impact the project performance
· Understand the progress parameters like the CPI and SPI and report the values to higher management
· Updating the schedule in Primavera P6 V16.2
· Prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports
· Follow up with site team for project controls related issues like Schedule update, MOM, Progress Reports, Material Reports, Manpower Reports, etc.
· Prepare & submit Progress reports to Top Management
· Prepare delay analysis and present to the Project Manager
· Coordinate among construction and commissioning team
· Update S-Curve for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning and Overall.
· Report variance Budget v/s Actual.
· Prepare look ahead report and distribute to the discipline managers
· Monitor the “Change Control” on the Project by evaluating the need for change and its impact on the key project baselines. Report the same to the Project Manager.
