PROJECT: GEREGU PHASE II GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT FOR SIEMENS.

 

JOB SCOPE:

  • Planning and controlling over 400 workers on site.
  • Help with project manager in monitoring and controlling cost worth over £400m by ensuring the project does not exceed the require budget.
  • Created ad hoc project schedules as requested and maintained and update integrated master schedules
  • Maintained communication with management, contractor, and project teams regarding all scheduling issues
  • Performed schedule impact analysis for contractor change orders and conduct resulting schedule negotiations
  • Monitored contractors’ schedule progress and report to project manager and company management
  • Performed critical path and earned value analysis and provided regularly scheduled and as-needed reports
  • Tracked and monitored schedule-related project issues
