Over twenty one (21) years of experience in planning, scheduling, site supervisions and project documentations including justifications, budget analyses, calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, quantity surveying, and project controls, eighteen (18) years of which are overseas work experience in Singapore, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and State of Qatar. Has solid background in providing and explaining a management tool for estimating project activity times, sequencing those activities to optimize the guidance of a project through its life span from concept to construction, and using appropriate software techniques to do so. Has outstanding interpersonal traits, maturity, grasp for good judgment and high ethical standards. Fields of experience involve building construction, viaducts, underground and tunnel (TBM) construction, MRT and railways construction, roads and bridges, highways and interchanges, land development, ports and harbor, utilities, power generations and industries.
